What are the shipping fees?

Fees of shipping and return are provided by Yves Salomon.

Delivery duties are included in the item price when shipping to all EU countries, The United Kingdom and USA. 

What are the delivery conditions?

Yves Salomon offers the delivery methods:

STANDARD SHIPPING: Complimentary. Estimated shipping time: 2-5 days for Europe for any order placed before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY: Complimentary shipping the next day in France and Monaco for any order placed before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery is made by Chronopost within 1 to 3 working days for any order placed before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 pm on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

The carrier will make 3 delivery attempts. At the end of the third attempt, the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

Since all orders are processed automatically, it is impossible for us to modify the shipping and delivery times.

We will send you an e-mail confirming the delivery date. You can also check the status of your order in your account.

For bank transfer orders, the estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the payment is received.

All our products are sent out in garment bags and in our beautiful Yves Salomon boxes.

All our orders are shipped from France so deliveries can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in the United States and in European countries outside the European Union.

Where can I have my order delivered?

Yves Salomon items are delivered to the following country :

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

We also deliver to the United States from the American version of our website.

We also deliver to the United Kingdom (except Channel Islands) from the English version of our website.

Yves-Salomon.com does not deliver P.O boxes. However, if you cannot find your country in the list, do not hesitate to contact Customer Service by email contact@yves-salomon.com or by phone Monday through Friday 9:30am-7:30pm (CET) on +33 (0)1 76 31 11 66 , so that we can consider the possibilities of delivery in your country.

II - Return

How do I return a Yves Salomon product purchased online?

You have the option to return, free of charge, any product ordered online.

Exchanges are possible on different sizes and/or colors. 

To return an item(s) from your order:

You can make a return or exchange request directly here:

1. Indicate on our portal your postal code and your order number.
2. Enter the reason for the return and if you want to exchange your product or not.
3. Select your pick-up point 
4. You can download your return label directly or receive it by email and print it later.

If you do not find your order on our portal, a pick-up point near you or if you prefer a collection at home directly you can follow the following process : 

  1. Contact our client Services by email contact-us@yves-salomon.com or by phone Monday through Friday 9am-6pm (EST) on 201-325-1226. Our advisors will arrange a complimentary pick-up from your preferred address with our courrier.
  2. Put your item(s) in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, leaflets or boxes and place them in the original parcel.
  3. Add the the invoice and the return label.
  4. Seal the parcel thanks to the adhesive stripe and stick the UPS return label on the box. Hand it over to the UPS driver.

You must be physically present and available at the place of pick-up during the chosen time slot in order to deliver the package to the carrier. Yves Salomon will not be held responsible for packages left unattended before the arrival of the carrier.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Put your item(s) in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, leaflets or boxes and place them in the original parcel.
  3. Add the the invoice and the return label.
  4. Seal the parcel thanks to the adhesive stripe and stick the Chronopost return label on the box. Hand it over to the Chronopost driver.

It is also possible to return the item by the shipping method of your choice to the address below. However, if you decide to ship your item with another carrier, Yves Salomon cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transport, and shipping costs will be at your expense.

How can I return or exchange an item ordered on Yves-Salomon.com?

You may return any product ordered on Yves-Salomon.com within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in its original condition and packaging, with conditional return label and return receipt.

At reception of your package, an e-mail confirming the handling of your return will be sent to you.

In case of return, the refund will take place within 14 days of receipt of the product(s) at the warehouse.

What should I do if my product has a problem?

You have 48 hours after receipt of your package to notify us of a defect on the item you received. We will find a solution together as soon as possible.
