HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ?

All returns for orders placed on the Yves Salomon website are free and can be returned to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
An order may be returned in full or in part.


Returns are made by post.
Please note that in-store returns are only available in the UK at this time.


For postal returns, you can arrange for your order to be returned via our returns portal.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN TIMES ?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund if they do not suit you.

Returns are handled by Maison Yves Salomon, by post.

Please note that after this withdrawal period, it will no longer be possible to return your order to us.


Please note that returned items must not have been worn.
Items with detached labels and in poor condition cannot be returned.

Yves Salomon reserves the right to examine any part received for return and will only be authorized to reimburse the sponsor after acceptance of the return by our teams.


Yves Salomon reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

In this case, the return of the part will be the responsibility of the sponsor.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A SALE PRODUCT ?

Yes, it is entirely possible to return a sale product, under the same conditions as for returning a non-sale product.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE MY OWN RETURN SERVICE ?

If you prefer to ship the return with another carrier, the shipping costs will be entirely your responsibility.

In this case, we suggest you choose a traceable and insured delivery service, as Yves Salomon will not be responsible for any problems due to loss, damage or theft of returns not shipped with our prepaid UPS label.


Please still contact our Customer Service to notify us of the return of your order and obtain the return address corresponding to your market (Europe, United Kingdom or USA).

REFUND

Following receipt of your return, our warehouse will check the products and inform the relevant teams of the correct receipt and perfect condition of your products.
We will then be able to proceed with the reimbursement corresponding to the returned products.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.


You will then receive an email confirmation informing you that the refund has been made.

You should then see it appear in your bank account within the next few days.
If you notice an unusual delay and do not receive your refund, we encourage you to contact your banking institution.
