DELIVERY COSTS AND CONDITIONS

Express delivery is free on orders over €300 in Europe and €400 for the rest of the world.
Delivery of orders below these levels will be charged €10.

We cover any customs duties that may be imposed on you by the relevant authorities when importing your order into the chosen delivery country.

In the event of delay, Yves Salomon cannot be held liable for any reason whatsoever.

Consequently, no claim for compensation of any nature whatsoever may be made against Yves Salomon.

In the event of loss of the package by one of the transport companies used, no refund can be made to the customer until receipt of the results of the investigation by the carrier, officially confirming the loss of the package.

TRACK THE PACKAGE PROCESS

To track the journey of your order, simply enter the tracking number we provided to you when your order was sent on the associated carrier's website.

You can also contact the Customer Service of the carrier responsible for delivering your package.

If you have not received a tracking number, please contact our Customer Service.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER

Packages that are returned to the sender are often the result of an error in the delivery address, repeated absences during several delivery attempts, or a package waiting at a post office or collection point that exceeds the 15-day hold period.

We invite you to contact our Customer Service to determine if a new shipment is possible if you wish.
